Corporate Dives: About the Course

For something totally different come to Deep Sea World and enjoy the adrenalin rush of shark diving. We can tailor a corporate team building package to suit you. It will be a memorable event for participants!

Participants will be swimming with one of nature’s most amazing predators. Have meetings in the morning, enjoy a buffet lunch and then take the plunge by diving with our sharks.

This package prices includes a meeting room, unlimited access to the aquarium, tea and coffee on arrival, buffet lunch and shark diving experience. The maximum number of divers we can accommodate in one day is 12; however additional day delegates that do not wish to dive can be accommodated within the group at our day delegate rates. Deluxe catering options, including wine can be offered at an additional cost. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and vegetarian options available.

All divers must complete a dive medical questionnaire. This questionnaire will be sent out upon booking or can be downloaded.

Shark Dive Experience

Shark dives usually last around two hours. This is what you can expect:

1. Arrival, greeting, safety briefing and training. You are fitted for Scuba equipment and a dry suit.
2. In water instruction is given within our training pool. You then take your first step into shark-infested waters.
3. Face to face with the sharks. A ten foot sand tiger shark passes close by. You’re thrilled, amazed and fascinated!
4. Exit, change and shower. Once out of the water you collect your certificate. Having experienced something truly amazing, the feeling of euphoria is overwhelming. You will want to do it all over again!
